She has become a vocal supporter of the arts, and has lobbied in Washington D.C. for the National Endowment for the Arts. Together with The O’Connor Center for the Rocky Mountain West, she produced Montana Defined by Images, an educational film documenting the work of Montana artists and the relationship of that work to the environment of the State.
